God of War: Ghost of Sparta Review (PSP)

The God of War franchise is one of the most successful in all of video game history. Ever since the first game took the Playstation 2 to its graphical and processing power limits, gamers everywhere have been hooked. The God of War franchise is the brainchild of Sony Computer Entertainment, and has been ported to the PS2, PS3, PSP, and even cell phones. The newest title, Ghost of Sparta, recently came out for the Playstation Portable (PSP). Ever since I beat God of War 3 and saw the supposed “end” of the franchise, I’ve been hungry for more. Ghost of Sparta does not continue the story, rather, it takes place in between the first and second GOW games. Castlevania Lords of Shadow (PS3) Review

Konami’s Castlevania Symphony of the Night was one of my favorite games on the Playstation.  It was a side scroller with a phenomenal story, tons of different weapons, armor, and enemies to destroy in the name of god.  The soundtrack was great, the graphics were solid, and the game play was tight.  The newest iteration of Castlevania, Lords of Shadow, comes to the PS3 with many of the things that made Symphony of the Night great, but changes a lot of things up.
